Cash on delivery

This is the only payment method in our store, and the safest for you: you pay cash to the delivery courier when you receive the package, after inspecting it and confirming it matches your order.

Why we chose this method

• You don’t give us your bank card details, so there’s no risk to it.
• You don’t pay for something you haven’t seen yet.
• If you refuse the package for a valid reason, you haven’t lost anything.

The price you see is the price you pay

No delivery fees and no hidden fees. The amount shown in the order summary is what you hand to the courier.

The invoice

If you need an invoice in your name or your company’s name, tell us during the phone call to confirm the order and we’ll prepare it for you.

Your responsibility when ordering

Cash on delivery is a moral commitment. Refusing the package after it’s shipped without reason makes the store bear the round-trip shipping cost. That’s why we confirm every order by phone before shipping — answer our call, and you can cancel the order then without any awkwardness.
