Ordering, delivery and payment
How do I order from the site?
Open the product page, fill in your name, phone number, city and address in the form, then click the order button. We will call you to confirm your order before shipping.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free to every city in Morocco, whatever your order total. The price shown in the order summary is what you pay.
When do I pay?
On delivery, after you inspect the parcel in front of the courier. We never ask for your bank card details or for any advance payment.
How long does delivery take?
One to two working days in the major cities, and two to four days in other areas, after your order is confirmed by phone.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Inspect the parcel in front of the courier before paying and refuse it if it is damaged. If you discover a defect after delivery, call us within seven days.
Choosing the right system
Which system suits the size of my family?
- Two to four people: the Tank Pro S four-stage filter, or the Tank Power five-stage filter.
- Three to five people: the Tank Pro six-function filter, our most requested model because it balances price and performance.
- Four to six people, or weak water pressure: the seven-stage home filter with a pressure pump.
- Highest purity: the Tank Pro RO + UV eight-stage filter with an ultraviolet steriliser.
- Limited budget or a first try: the Tank Power three-stage filter.
What is the difference between three, five, six and seven stages?
Each stage adds a type of treatment. Three stages handle sediment, chlorine and odour. Five stages add limescale treatment and polish the taste. Six stages add protection against fungal growth inside the tubing. Seven and eight stages add the reverse-osmosis membrane, which separates out excess salts and heavy metals, followed by a mineral stage that rebalances the water.
Does the system remove limescale?
Reverse-osmosis systems (seven and eight stages) separate out the salts responsible for deposits in kettles and cookware. Simpler systems reduce limescale without removing all of it.
What does the ultraviolet stage do?
It deactivates the bacteria and viruses that might pass through the other stages. It is fitted in the Tank Pro RO + UV filter, and it is an extra layer of safety before the water reaches your glass.
And why put the minerals back after removing them?
Reverse osmosis separates out the beneficial salts along with the harmful ones, so the mineral stage restores the water balance and its natural taste.

The most powerful system we sell: reverse osmosis, an ultraviolet steriliser and a mineral stage. Right for anyone who wants water ready to drink straight from the tap without buying bottles. It needs a power socket nearby.
Home filter with pressure pump – seven stages
Made for upper floors and low-pressure neighbourhoods. The 24-volt pump keeps the flow steady, and output reaches 380 litres a day, enough for four to six people.
Tank Pro – six functions
The balanced, best-selling choice. It runs on normal water pressure with no electricity, removes impurities, chlorine, limescale and odours, and prevents fungal growth inside the tubing.
Tank Power – five stages
It treats sediment, chlorine and limescale and polishes the taste. Suited to a family of three or four, and it works without electricity.
Tank Pro S – four stages
Compact, installed under or beside the kitchen sink. Designed for small kitchens and rented flats because it is easy to detach and move, and it includes a Microban stage that stops bacteria growing inside it.
Tank Power – three stages
The lowest price in the store. It treats sediment, chlorine and odour, and it is a practical start for anyone trying water filters for the first time. You can upgrade to a larger system later.
Cartridges and maintenance
When should I change the cartridges?
Every six to twelve months depending on the water quality in your area, or straight away if you notice a weak flow or the taste of chlorine coming back.
Why does changing the cartridges on time matter?
A cartridge traps everything it removes inside itself. Once it is full, the flow drops, the old taste returns, and it strains the reverse-osmosis membrane, the most expensive part of the system.
Are replacement cartridges available?
Yes, for every model: three-, five-, six- and seven-stage packs, at the same store prices. If you are not sure which model you have, send us a photo of it on WhatsApp and we will confirm the right size for you.
Can I install the system myself?
Yes. The system arrives with its installation fittings, and we guide you step by step by phone or WhatsApp.
Do the systems need electricity?
The three-, four-, five- and six-stage systems run on normal water pressure without electricity. The seven- and eight-stage systems need a power socket nearby.
How much water does the system use?
Reverse-osmosis systems drain part of the water while purifying, which is normal for this technology, and that water can be put to use for cleaning or watering plants.
