Where does Marrakech’s tap water come from?
Since March 2022, ONEE has supplied Marrakech with water pumped from the Al Massira dam on the Oum Er-Rbia river, treated in a plant with a capacity of 216,000 cubic metres a day before it reaches the network.
Which filter suits a home in Marrakech?
In a hot city like Marrakech a household drinks a lot of water, and bottles get expensive. If you notice limescale in the kettle or an unpleasant taste, the Tank Power 5-stage filter suits a family of 3 to 4. If your house or farm on the outskirts relies on a well, choose the 7-stage reverse-osmosis filter: only reverse osmosis treats well water and salty water.
